Re-Think The Possibilities: | In This IssueRe-Think the Possibilities: Tips & Techniques: Featured Project: Tina's P-O-P Header Card Say Hello to Thumper! Impressive Outreach: Impress Exhibits New Rules of the Road Reminder About Us Featured Project Tina's P-O-P Header Card Our client, GMS Industries, a maker of point-of-purchase (P-O-P) displays, needed an easily maintained logo header to top off cardboard product displays. Their customer, Tina's Quality Baked Goods, wanted to build & promote brand awareness. The answer: a half-circle, die-cut sign made of 30 ml thick matte vinyl was imprinted with UV ink in Tina's trademark colors with a gloss aqueous coating applied to the impression. These signs are easily wiped down with a damp cloth; the rigid header stays attractive without fear of signage tearing or fading.
Say Hello to Thumper! When Executive Director Paul Marino adds a new piece of equipment he names it, much like a beloved family member. The newest addition, a Gerber Automated CAD Table is appropriately named "Thumper". And like a prolific rabbit, Thumper heightens our capabilities by significantly shortening the turn time to produce precision specialty packaging prototypes and even deliver multiples of short-run die-cut projects. Specialties like a limited edition presentation package or your basic eco-friendly product carton can be created, limited only by one's imagination.
Impressive Outreach: Impress ExhibitsTo grow brand awareness of Impress, we are reaching out to select audiences and events throughout the region. Displaying booth graphics with distinctive messages, in the first half of this year, we exhibited at the Winter Fancy Foods Show, Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Spring Business Expo, and APALA (Advertising Production Association of Los Angeles) Vendor Expo. Separately, a series of brand postcards introduces our services to our new chamber of commerce friends on a monthly basis. Let us work our cross-platform magic on your tradeshow and outreach activities.
New Rules of the Road ReminderStarting on July 1, 2008, new California DMV laws prohibit all drivers from using a handheld wireless telephone while operating a motor vehicle. Drivers age 18 and over may use a "hands-free device", but drivers under age 18 may NOT use a wireless phone or hands-free device at all while driving.
